Products that can be processed with our carrot cream and juice production systems

We have developed and installed systems for the production of natural carrot cream, intended for trade as a semi-finished product.

The product obtained is free from additives and therefore suitable for the production of high-quality baby food mixed with other types of fruit creams.

Operation

The production process involves the thorough washing of the tubers that are then peeled by steam or abrasion.

They are then crushed and cooked to obtain a soft pulp which is then introduced into our centrifugal extractor from which a impurity-free cream is obtained.

After deaeration, the product is sterilised in a tube-in-tube type heat exchanger at a specific temperature and for specific times for the carrot, and is finally packaged aseptically in pre-sterilised 220-litre flexible bags.

With our carrot cream and juice production line, you can produce cloudy juices  by proceeding with the enzymatic treatment of the cream and the subsequent extraction in the Decanter horizontal centrifuge.

The juice obtained is usually mixed with other fruit juices to be aseptically packaged in Brik or hot packaged in glass bottles.

The production chain works in a continuous cycle and is automatically managed by a programmable PLC system using a touch screen operator panel.

This line is equipped with automatic C.I.P. – S.I.P. washing and sterilisation system.

Thanks to the technology we apply, combined with our specially designed machines, we obtain a natural product of high organoleptic quality and rheological values aligned with the specifications required by the international market, and high finished product yields.

AUTOMATION
Controlled by a PLC, they are programmed to carry out the work cycle completely independently.
They are accompanied by process and safety sensors.

The operation is completely automatic and all the phases in the operating cycle are performed without the intervention of the operator.
A digital recorder stores the critical process parameters.

The systems are INDUSTRY 4.0 READY and can be integrated into existing factory management systems.

VERSATILITY
The operating cycle is highly customisable and adaptable to the type of product to be processed.
The programming is entered on the touch screen control panel.

EASY TO USE
The operators are guided by the information that appears on the operator panel.
Each alarm and warning also reports the most common cause and informs the operator of the corrective action to be taken.

All systems are equipped with the necessary safety systems according to the requirements of the European Directive and are CE marked.
