SINGLE-TUBE PREHEATER, “RAPID” MODEL
Enzymatic preheater and inactivator with RAPID technology specifically designed to maintain the organoleptic characteristics of the fruit and ensure effective inactivation of pectolytic enzymes.
It consists of a set of heat exchanger modules with lined tube, high thermal efficiency, connected in series by 180° curves, with quick couplings.
The heating section works by steam and is divided into two sections powered and controlled separately.
The inactivation temperature is reached in a very short time.
Equipped with a set of tubes for the heat retention at the inactivation temperature, followed by a cooler with concentric tubes identical to those of the heating section.
Three-way sanitary valve for the diversion of the product at low temperature or for the intervention of transients upstream or downstream of the machine.
Control panel with digital instrumentation and automation management.
The "rapid" preheater is built in different models of different capacities and depending on the product to be processed
