FRUIT SHREDDERS
Screw shredders designed to cut stone-free fruit into pieces.
Specially designed for apples and pears, it produces pieces with a clean and fast cut that instantly removes the fragment from the knife. This feature, added to the steam injection in the cutting area, excludes oxidation and browning of the shredded product.
It is also used effectively for peaches, apricots and plums.
The shredder is made in AISI 304 stainless steel and special hardened steel for knives.
Composed of a support structure, a cylindrical, horizontal or vertical body, equipped with an infeed hopper, fitted with a screw ending with the cutting knives, which are easily disassembled for maintenance.

COMB SHREDDERS FOR TOMATOES
Cuts fresh tomatoes into small pieces, to facilitate and improve heat penetration during preheating and enzymatic inactivation.
Our tomato shredders is a compact machine with high production capacity.
The rotor is equipped with combs, machined by machine tools, which, during rotation, cross a fixed counter-comb, to cut the product uniformly.
Specially designed for tomatoes, it produces pieces with a clean and fast cut and is also able to chop any pieces of plant and leaves accidentally introduced.
Made in AISI 304 stainless steel, it consists of an electro-welded sheet metal body with the product infeeds and outfeeds and a horizontal rotating rotor on ball bearings.
The fixed comb is removable for maintenance.
The shredder is powered by an electric motor with belt drive.
