IMMERSION WASHING MACHINES
Immersion and turbulence washing machines for fruit and tomatoes, with large capacities.
- Made in stainless steel, consisting of a tank with internal conveyor belt with stainless steel rollers or in polyethylene belt with modular elements.
- Equipped with devices to facilitate product feed with air injectors, generated by the blower, immersed in the bath to create high turbulence and high-pressure washing.
- Can be equipped with washing water recovery and filtering systems.

Rotary drum washing machine for washing fruit, tomatoes and legumes at the start of the process line.
Made in stainless steel
Different models available with sizes and functional characteristics suited to the production capacity and the product.
The drum is supported by rotating pulleys on ball bearings. The rotation is induced by a roller chain, driving a large toothed crown, installed on the product inlet.
A set of sprinklers is installed internally along the entire length of the drum.
Equipped with openable side guards and water collection hopper
