Pellacini Sergio & Figli S.a.s.is a manufacturing Company of machinery and process lines for fruit, vegetable and tomato well known world-wide for the quality and reliability of its products.The Company is organized to develop three basic activity: the production of process machinery, plant engineering and technological support.
The proposed programme is able to meet all production needs by offering the most appropriate technological solutions for the specific exigencies of the Market in which the Customers has to compete.
For the 2011 Edition of Cibus Tec, the Company will present a preview of some innovations in the field of centrifugal separation and aseptic filling.
In the first case we speak about a rotanting sieve Centrifugal Separator/Extractor, specific for high density products such as garlic, artichokes, potatoes, vegetables, berries and the similar products; such products, up to now difficult to refine with centrifugal separators, will be now processed at low cost and in condition of high efficiency by reducing significantly the waste rate.
In the field of the centrifugal separator will be also exhibit the new Centrifugal Extractor "MELTEMI" for cold processing of products with red skin and with high tendency to oxidation. This machine is the result of the technological process developed from Pellacini Sergio & Figli S.a.s. allowing the cold-extraction of the juice without use of expensive inert gases, thus reducing the technological costs distinguishing the systems already present on the Market.
Finally, on the side of aseptic filling, will be presented the new integrated aseptic system for half-thick and dense products with capacity of up to 6000 kg/h including two absolute innovations:
An universal Filling Head that can use almost all aseptic caps present on the Market;
The possibility to configure two of said Filling Heads on aseptic mono-bloc to fill at the same time either 1.000 litre bag or 220 litre bag thus solving the age-old problem to obtain high capacity and production flexibility at low-cost.

Company has been leader in manufacturing machinery and complete plants for the technological processing of tomatoes, fruits, legumes and vegetables. Our company is namely specialized in machinery and plants for the production of: - Tomato concentrate, "passata", pizza sauce, tomato pulps and dices
- Tomato paste by-products such as: ketchup, hot-sauce and different sauces
- Fruit creams and pulps, nectars and non-carbonated drinkable juices, jams, and concentrates (from fruits at temperate or tropical climate)

Pellacini co. is also manufacturing : - Aseptic filling-machines of one-head or two-head type, for: liquid, thick and semithick products, fragmented products, fruit and tomato dices with dimensions till 25 mm, into flexible aseptic bags by 200 kg (Bag-in-Drum) or 1000 kg (Bag-in-Bin), or into WEB bags by 5-10-20 kg
- Sterilizing autoclaves for products(vegetables, fish) which are packaged in cans, glass or plastic containers.
- Continuous multi-effect evaporators for thermosensitive products
