Ketchup - Tomato Sauces - Pepper Sauces

Automatic plants to mix, homogenise and pasteurise many kind of tomato based sauces, tomato ketchup, hot sauces obtained from different recipes of regional products considering tomato or pepper concentrates/juices with addition of mashed/dice vegetables, garlic, sugar, salt, aromatics in powder, …. ready to fill into plastic or bottle.

Average working capacity from 1.000 to 5.000 kg/hour of finished product

Stainless steel execution and full process automation by PLC and “touch-screen” operator panel with possibility of C.I.P Unit
